微瓦楞紙板的平壓平壓線與傳統(tǒng)的瓦楞或折盒材料的壓線大相徑庭。傳統(tǒng)瓦楞紙品是在紙箱內(nèi)面壓線﹐而折盒材料則是用一個對應(yīng)的模切板在箱子的外部壓線﹐模切板的結(jié)構(gòu)與材料和壓線寬度相一致。

The flat press line of the corrugated cardboard is quite different from the traditional corrugated or folding material. The traditional corrugated paper is pressed on the inside surface of the carton, while the folding box material is placed on the external compression line of the box with a corresponding die cutting plate, and the structure and material and the width of the die line are consistent.

 

傳統(tǒng)的瓦楞箱壓線將里紙壓凹。當(dāng)瓦楞箱折疊時﹐面紙會承受一定張力。當(dāng)壓線壓到糊線部位附近時﹐瓦楞楞峰上的糊線的位置就會對沿瓦楞方向的折疊位置產(chǎn)生影響。由于這一影響在盒與盒之間又不盡相同，所以這就可能在后面的粘合及成箱工序中造成折疊不夠規(guī)則。微瓦楞紙板壓線使用一個對應(yīng)的模切板﹐在紙盒的外表面形成一個壓痕線。此壓痕線使紙板的各層紙完全壓扁﹐這樣的折疊就非常規(guī)則。在瓦楞紙箱壓線時﹐也要用到模切版﹐但瓦楞紙板折疊后不會出現(xiàn)各層紙脫層。瓦楞紙板在形成壓線的里紙產(chǎn)生一單線凹陷﹔而受模切板沖擊的那層里紙則形成一條以折痕凹陷為中央線的平行壓痕線。微瓦楞板壓線的比較重要的特征是壓線時也同時壓扁芯紙。也正是這種壓扁使得微瓦楞紙板得以規(guī)則折疊。

The traditional line will be in the concave corrugated box paper. When the corrugated box is folded, the paper will bear a certain tension. The indentation line makes the sheets of cardboard completely flat, and the folding is very regular.  When the corrugated carton is pressed, the die cutting plate is also used, but the corrugated paperboard will not be delaminated after the folding of the corrugated cardboard.  Corrugated cardboard produces a single line sag in the forming of the lined paper, while the layer paper formed by the impact of the die plate forms a parallel indentation line with the crease concave as the central line. The most important feature of the press line of the micro corrugated board is to press the core paper at the same time when the wire is pressed. It is also the squash that makes the corrugated cardboard fold in rules.

 

由CNC定位的板框的使用可在那些對折疊﹑粘合﹑機器裝箱要求很高的瓦楞紙板進行壓線時產(chǎn)生非常精準的壓痕線。無論是一啤還是連續(xù)多啤﹐啤出的產(chǎn)品的多個部位都能產(chǎn)生準確一致的壓折痕。實際上﹐瓦楞壓痕無論在箱外還是在箱內(nèi)部都能很好進行。面紙及里紙形成折痕加之芯紙受壓的共同作用可克服任何潛在與楞尖糊線部位有關(guān)的問題。

The use of CNC positioning frame can produce very precise indentation line when pressing, corrugated, and corrugated paperboard with high requirements for folding, binding and machine packing.
